The RMA 453 PV self-propelled, variable-speed push mower features the state-of-the-art, mono-comfort handlebar which provides strength and stability while also allowing for convenient access to the grass bag, easy height adjustment, and compact, foldaway storage. The integrated mulch flap is easily engaged with the flip of a switch, eliminating the need for a separate mulch plug. The polymer grass bag with directional venting reduces dust exposure for user. Compatible with AP System batteries and capable of sequential discharge of two onboard batteries, the RMA 453 PV offers powerful performance and run times featuring three power modes for increased efficiency depending on the application. ECO mode optimizes battery use, standard mode adjusts RPMs for grass resistance, and auto boost raises RPMs to compensate for resistance. Users can adjust for speed and mode as well as keep track of battery life with the at-a-glance HMI control panel.

      The state-of-the-art mono-comfort handlebar allows for quick access to the grass bag as well as easy height adjustment and convenient, foldaway storage.

      The built-in mulch flap is easily engaged or disengaged with the flip of a switch depending on whether the mulching function is being used, eliminating the need for a separate plug.

    • Polymer Grass Bag -

      The polymer grass bag is designed to improve operator comfort and features a closed top and back along with downward angled side vents to reduce dust exposure. In addition, when the grass bag is empty, the indicator is flipped up to indicate the bag is not full. The indicator will flip down when the bag is full.

    • Central Cutting Height Adjustment -

      With the easy, one-touch central cutting height adjustment, users can customize the height of their grass with just the push of a button.

    • 4-in-1 Mower -

      The 4-in-1 system allows operators to switch between mulching, fabric grass bag collection, or rear or side discharge functions depending on specific need.

    • Multi-Blade -

      The multi-blade provides powerful cutting performance to shred grass into small pieces for a cleaner cut and look to the lawn.

    • HMI Control -

      The HMI control panel helps users manage their machines by providing at-a-glance information on battery-life levels as well as providing easy speed adjustment and choice of three mowing modes.

    • Three Modes -

      The three mowing modes can be activated to automatically adjust RPMs to the application. ECO mode provides efficient battery usage, standard mode adjusts the RPMs depending on grass resistance against the blade, and auto boost raises RPMs when grass resistance is felt.

    • Sequential Discharge -

      With sequential discharge, there’s no need to swap out batteries. As the first battery depletes, the second is activated with no downtime and the ability for users to enjoy the run time of two onboard batteries seamlessly.

    • Carrying Handles -

      The integrated carrying handles help users easily lift or tip their mower and can double as eyes for securing the mower during transport.

    • IPX4 Rating -

      This tool is IPX4-rated for weather-resistant construction and has been designed and tested for splash-water protection.
