We perform essential maintenance to keep your equipment tuned-up and running in peak condition. Tune-ups include oil and spark plug(s). All other parts are additional. If your repair requires extra parts or labor, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Work Order Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to the estimate fee for the machine being worked on will be required at the time of write-up. The deposit will be applied toward the final invoice.

Estimates include tax but do not include pickup & delivery charges, machine re-assembly, or environmental fees. Estimate fees listed below are for machine inspection and tear down only.

Shop Terms, Storage & Warranty
30-day shop warranty for only what is repaired in our service center.
A storage fee of $2/day will begin to accrue after 30 days of first notification of estimate and/or completion of unit.
After estimate and/or completion of unit, customer will receive two notifications. If no written or verbal response is received, the third notification will come in the form of a certified letter sent at the expense of the customer ($15). If no response is made to the degree of the certified letter or the customer indicates via written or verbal response that he or she does not want the unit fixed, the unit in question will become the property of Sohars All Season Mower Service, Inc.
