Warranty Terms & Conditions
Coverage Overview
This 1-Year Extended Warranty extends the original manufacturer's limited warranty coverage for an additional period of one (1) year following the expiration of the original warranty term. Warranty can be added if purchased within 30 days of original equipment/unit purchase date.
This extended warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship that would have been covered under the original manufacturer's limited warranty during the standard warranty period. This warranty does not expand, modify, or add to the scope of coverage provided by the original manufacturer.
Service & Eligibility
Warranty service must be performed by Sohars All Season Mower Service Inc. A physical inspection by Sohars All Season Mower Service Inc is required to determine warranty eligibility. Proof of purchase is required for warranty verification. Sohars All Season Mower Service Inc retains purchase records for customers.
Battery-Operated Equipment
For battery-operated equipment, this extended warranty applies to the tool/machine only. Batteries, battery chargers, and accessories are excluded from coverage under this extended warranty. Bagger systems, catchers, mulch kits, and any other added accessory are also excluded from coverage.
What Is NOT Covered
This extended warranty does not cover:
- Physical or internal damage to the product from improper storage/use
- Routine maintenance, adjustments, or tune-ups
- Normal wear items or consumable parts
- Fuel-related issues or damage
- Transportation, pickup, or delivery charges
- Added accessories (baggers, mulch kits, bumper, jacks, attachments, covers, etc.)
- Any service not covered under the original manufacturer's warranty terms
Transportation & Engine Warranty
Transportation of the machine to and from Sohars is the responsibility of the owner.
Engine-specific warranty service, where applicable, continues to be provided through the original engine manufacturer in accordance with its warranty terms.
Residential Use Only
This extended warranty is valid for residential use only. Commercial, professional, institutional, and rental use are not eligible for coverage.
Additional Terms
All other limitations, exclusions, and conditions of the original manufacturer's warranty remain in effect.
